The Issue
What is lost is not price. It is trust.
As e-commerce marketplaces have spread, anyone can sell. At the same time, goods that never passed through an authorized channel now flow into the market, prices are disrupted, and consumers end up holding counterfeits.
What suffers most is not immediate revenue. It is the trust that brands and manufacturers built over many years. A consumer who receives a fake product overseas carries that experience home as their memory of the brand. Wholesalers and retailers lose credibility too, even when they distributed the goods unknowingly.
We treat this not as something to address once a problem surfaces, but as a precondition built into the transaction itself.

What we do within each transaction
Record the sourcing route
The products we handle are sourced from manufacturers or authorized distributors. We record the supplier and the incoming lot, and retain them so they can be traced at the time of shipment.
Keeping records is not the goal in itself. Without being able to answer "where did this product come from", there is no way to demonstrate that it is genuine.
Certify authenticity
At the buyer's request, we issue certificates based on the framework of JDMSO (Japan Distribution Management Support Organization, Inc.).
Proof is needed in many situations: import clearance, delivery to local retailers, responding to consumer enquiries. Tell us what scope you need.
Manage the distribution channel
We confirm the sales territory and channel conditions specified by the manufacturer at the contract stage. If resale outside those conditions comes to light, we suspend the transaction.
Those conditions are confirmed at the contract stage, not afterwards. By the time a problem emerges, the goods are already on the market.
